Description
Traceability of my family and traceability of the meat I sell is very important to me, in fact it enabled me to increase beef sales by 42% during the first year of the B.S.E. crisis. Therefore, I feel justified in assuring you of my ability to provide quality meat, from local farmers from whom I buy my stock.
I stock a wide variety of:
- Cheeses, salamis and cold meats - i.e. pastrami, kassler, ham and turkey. Home cooked pies and quiches, fruit pies, sausage rolls, scotch eggs, pizzas, pates and faggots. New to the range Blagdon Trout Fish
Cakes, Lasagne, Moussaka, Chicken Bacon and Mushroom Pasties and Sticky
Toffee Pudding all made on the premises by Emma
- Butter
- Various flavoured pork and lamb sausages all of which can be made to your requirements.
- Locally farm sourced free range
beef, lamb and pork.
- A wide variety of game in season - venison, pheasants, partridge, rabbit, guinea fowl, wild boar, wild duck and packs of mixed game. This season's fresh frozen Blagdon
Trout
- Bacon from Sandridge Farm in Wiltshire, from free range pigs dry cured in the old fashion way.
- Free range and barn reared chicken, and ducks and organic chickens from Creedy Carver in Devon.
- A selection of fruit and
vegetables from Class One and Potates from M J Patch of Red House
Farm Winford.
Whenever possible I purchase my stock from local producers.
