Blagdon Parish Annual General Meeting

Tuesday 20 May, 7pm - Village Club, Blagdon

(Light refreshments provided)

Such persons only as are registered as local government electors for the Parish will be entitled to vote at the meeting but the meeting will be open to the general public to attend unless the Parish meeting shall direct otherwise. The business to be transacted at the meeting will be as follows

1. The Chairman’s welcome to the public and brief address on plans for the coming year

2. Apologies

3. Agreement of minutes of the meeting of 24 April 2007

4. PC Ray Bradley - police report Blagdon

5. Defribrillator - What it is and how it works - Brief address by Clive Setter

6. Public questions of the Parish Council to include any questions on financial statement
   
   Break for light refreshments

7. Mike Littleton - Bristol airport
   There will be a short presentation followed by questions from Blagdon residents only

8. Close of business - anticipated for 8.30pm

Please note that Cllr Liz Wells has waived the right to address the meeting but will be delighted talk to guests during the break and after the meeting
