Subscriptions to Agendas and Minutes

If you want to know what's coming up in future meetings, or what has happened in the latest meeting you can now have the agendas and minutes emailed to you.

The documents are prepared in Word and being draft versions are subject to change. The agenda is usually available the Thursday before a meeting. The meetings take place on the second Tuesday of the month (except August) and the minutes are normally available by the following weekend.

If you click on the relevant link below an email will be created, requesting your addition or removal from the mailing lists. All you have to do then is send it. Any requests will receive a confirmation email and be acted on as soon as possible.
